Every Italian has a point of contact with Poste Italiane within five minutes of their home, enabling them to access all of the services provided by the company. To further optimise its personnel so that they can interact in a competent, qualified and empathetic manner with the citizens who use the services offered, Poste Italiane has continued to make major investments in training throughout 2021, with the provision of almost 6 million training hours nationwide.

A leading company

Thanks to its constant investment in training, Poste Italiane was awarded the “Top Employer Italia” certification for the third year running, confirming its leadership in human resources management and development policies. As Poste Italiane is the country’s largest employer, this achievement takes on even greater significance.

The 24 SI plan

The training activities carried out by Poste Italiane are part of the project outlined in the “2024 Sustain & Innovate” Plan, which envisages the provision of around 25 million hours of training from 2020-2024, in line with the company’s principles of ensuring responsible growth through the contribution of its people, enabled by their development and a focus on diversity & inclusion.
