The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, spoke of Poste Italiane’s role and of the importance of the Polis Project, in the exclusive interview given to Poste News, which you will be able to read in full on this website on 2 June. The Head of State stresses that “the organisational capillarity and the ability to innovate in the light of the technological transformations represent a security for guaranteeing services to all citizens and a vehicle of modernisation”.
“The Polis project, with at the base the choice to keep post office operational also in small municipalities”, – Mattarella continues – “ensures that these have the possibility of using the same services that are more easily accessible in the cities. This is an Italy anything but secondary”.
