Poste Italiane è “Top Employer” per il quinto anno consecutivo

For the fifth year running Poste Italiane is a Top Employer thanks to its HR policies and, in particular, its commitment to the well-being of employees and their families and to its inclusion initiatives, which complement its HR development strategies based on the principles of fairness and merit.

According to the Top Employers Institute, which has been certifying corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies for 30 years, Poste Italiane stands out for its inclusive culture, initiatives in favour of employees and their families and a growing ability to take care of people, promoting a work-life balance. Among the company’s strengths, the assessment considered Poste’s welfare policies, support for the growth of the younger generations, and the protection of fragile and diverse parenthood. These elements contribute to generating a sense of belonging and corporate identity.
