Poste Italiane and the Milan Cortina 2026 Foundation signed a partnership agreement in view of the 2026 Winter Games. Italy’s leading postal and logistics services group joins the team of partners of the major sporting event as Premium Logistics Partner.
The know-how of Poste
Poste Italiane will provide the its know-how to the Foundation, the athletes, the Federations and other partners by managing the transport and logistics of all the goods, equipment and materials necessary for the success of the event at the Olympic and Paralympic venues. The collaboration is born in the name of the values of sport and aims at supporting the Movements related to the big event.
A significant step
The agreement represents a significant step in the construction of the next Olympic and Paralympic Games that Italy will host in less than 500 days: the territories in which the Olympic and Paralympic competitions will be held are preparing to welcome more than 3,600 athletes who will compete in front of one and a half million spectators from all over the world.
Unrepeatable opportunity
An extensive version of the Games, with venues spread over a territory of 22,000 square kilometres, will be watched by billions of fans. A unique and unrepeatable occasion that will involve the entire Italian population and give unprecedented prominence to the image of the country and all the realities that are part of it. The partnership was signed at the Casina Poste, inside the Tiber River Park: a space undergoing a major redevelopment, dedicated to sport and leisure, in line with the Group’s focus on the values of integration, team spirit and fair competition.
