The innovative model allows the company to consolidate its management system and to improve procedures and controls

Poste Italiane reaffirms its commitment to the rigorous application of ethical principles, transparency, and regulatory compliance and has renewed its ISO 37301 certification for its compliance management system, reaffirming its position as a leading company in the ability to adopt new regulations quickly and effectively.

The renewal of the certification, which Poste Italiane, first among national companies, obtained in 2022, was issued by IMQ in accordance with the international ISO 37301:2021 standard – Compliance Management System and follows Accredia’s newly defined approach, which applies the standard across business processes. The adoption of this innovative, more complex and ambitious model allows Poste Italiane to further consolidate its integrated compliance management system, ensuring ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement of company procedures and controls. The process approach enables effective management of non-compliance risks across all areas within its scope, ensuring a strengthened synergy between different company functions within the integrated compliance system, and a more efficient and timely response to evolving internal and external regulatory requirements, both mandatory and voluntary.

The scope of the certification has been extended to all central functions and now encompasses the "design, implementation, and coordination of postal, financial, insurance, logistics, philatelic, and digital services", underscoring Poste Italiane’s role in fostering a culture of legality and integrity.

This certification is part of a broader framework of recognitions obtained by Poste Italiane, including: ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 37001 (corruption prevention), ISO 37002 (Whistleblowing), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 20000-1 (ICT Service Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 20400 (Sustainable Procurement), ISO 30415 (Diversity and Inclusion), UNI PdR 125 (Gender Equality), UNI 11402 (Financial Education), ISO 29993 (Training), ISO 22222 (Investment Financial Advisors) and UNI TS 11348 (Investment Advisory Service).
