Poste Italiane has been recognised as a Top Employer for the seventh year in a row, thanks to the excellence of its people management policies and practices. The Top Employers Institute particularly acknowledged the company’s ongoing commitment to promoting a culture centred on participation, innovation and the creation of shared value.
The INSIEME Platform
Special recognition was given to the “INSIEME – Connecting Ideas” platform, regarded as innovative and highly appreciated. The initiative, focused on developing innovative projects initiated by Poste Italiane employees, was featured in the Top Employers Best Practices Book for “its strong alignment with the Group’s ESG strategy and its ability to actively engage all Poste Italiane personnel in the implementation of the industrial plan and sustainability objectives.”
